Mike Blank, CGR CAPS, of MBC Building & Remodeling, LLC has had a busy start to 2015. He was recently named the BIA “Builder of the Year” and his company was awarded the prestigious Angie’s List Super Service Award for the 2nd year in a row!!!
2014 Lancaster BIA Builder, Industry, Association Award: “Builder of the Year”
A new format was adopted for the “Builder of the Year” award this year. Previously known as “Builder and Associate of the Year”, it is now called the “Building, Industry, Association Awards” (BIA Awards). The deserving member(s) is chosen from the entire 450 person membership by a committee consisting of the last five years of BIA Award recipients.
The Award Winner is selected based on the following criteria: Recognizing a member who creates quality living environments; strengthens relationships in our local community; provides business opportunities for those that support the industry.
Angie’s List Super Service Award 2014!!
Angie’s List 2014 Super Service Award:
“Only about 5 percent of the Remodeling companies in Central PA have performed so consistently well enough to earn our Super Service Award,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks. “It’s a really high standard.”
Angie’s List Super Service Award 2014 winners have met strict eligibility requirements, which include an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade, and review period grade; the company must be in good standing with Angie’s List, pass a background check and abide by Angie’s List operational guidelines.
Service company ratings are updated daily on Angie’s List. Companies are graded on an A through F scale in areas ranging from price to professionalism to punctuality. Members can find the 2014 Super Service Certification logo next to company names in search results on AngiesList.com.
